MULTI-LEVEL PACKAGES
Basic Package (Web Presence)
Includes:
"Home" Section
This section introduces your company to the world. It has your logo and other relevant graphics. It can also include a little information about your best-selling products or services. A sub-section can be devoted to "Promotions" (such as a discount offering or a sale).
"About Us" Section
This section contains detailed information about your company. You can choose to include information, such as year of establishment, how the company started, number of locations etc. etc. It can also include a picture(s) of your location.
"Products and Services" Section
In this section, you would list your offerings. It could be products or services. Up to five major products or services can be listed with details (not to exceed two pages total). See Advanced Package if you wish to list more.
"Contact Us" Section
This is a very important section as it will list your contact information. It may include names and telephone numbers of sales and support people etc. It may also include fax numbers and email addresses. Also included is a sub-section where potential buyers can email you right from your site.
To get started, we would typically need the following:
- Company letterhead and envelope with logo
- Product or services brochures
- Product pictures (very helpful)
- Information about the company
- Pictures of the establishment (if you so desire)
- Your login information provided by the company that hosts your site
Updates:
- Free updates for the first 7 days (excluding major design changes)
- Additional updates (including design changes) at an agreed upon hourly rate.
Advanced Package (All of the above + detailed product and services listing)
Includes:
All the features of the Basic Package plus:
"Products and Services" Section (products or services can have their own page)
In this section, you would list your offerings. It could be products or services. Up to 10 major products or services can be listed with details (not to exceed four pages total). In addition, up to five products or services can have their own pages, complete with graphics, pictures and detailed information.
Updates:
- Free updates for the first 7 days (excluding major design changes)
- Additional updates (including design changes) at an agreed upon hourly rate.
E-commerce Package (All of the above + online order taking capability)
Includes:
All the features of the Advanced Package plus:
"Online Order-Taking Capability"
This package would enable you to take orders right from your web site. You can list multiple categories of products. Shipping and sales tax (if applicable) can be calculated as well. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email with the order information. Up to 75 products can be listed, each with its own picture and detailed information. Additional products can be added at anytime.
Requirements
Online order-taking involves more than just receiving orders via email. If you already accept credit cards (highly recommended), you would probably need to get approval from your merchant account company to take orders online. Typically, the credit card discount rates are a little bit higher for online transactions. In some cases, you may need to get a separate merchant account for online transactions. Ask us for details; this is all part of our service.
