Custom website design services

Custom website design, planned around how your business wins work.

We guide you through every decision, from the domain name to the last heading, then design, build and launch a site you own.

Website design for professional firms

Most people shopping for custom website design services compare portfolios. That makes sense, but the look of a site is rarely what decides whether it brings in clients. What decides it is a long list of smaller choices made before anyone opens a design file. We make those choices with you, explain each one, and keep the project moving so you can keep running your business. Much of our work is website design for law firms, medical practices and other professional firms.

Signs it's time for a new website

  • You’re opening a new practice or firm and starting with no domain, no email and no site.
  • You’re splitting off from a larger firm and need your own name online, set up properly.
  • Your current site describes the business you had years ago, not the one you run now.
  • Clients find you through referrals, almost never through search.
  • You can’t update the site yourself, and the person who built it has moved on.
  • Every new service you add means fighting a template that was never planned for it.

How we work with you

1. A complimentary first conversation

We talk about your business, your clients and what the site needs to do. It’s a two-way interview, so ask us anything.

2. Discovery and planning

We look closely at your services, sectors and competitors, recommend a domain and email setup, and draft the page hierarchy: which pages exist, what each one is for, and how they link together.

3. Content

We write or shape the content for each page around the way your clients describe their problems, with a clean heading structure and meta tags written page by page.

4. Design and build

Design follows the plan, not the other way around. We build on the platform that suits the project, show you the work as it takes shape, and adjust it with you.

5. Launch and handover

We test every form and page, submit your sitemap, set up your Google Business Profile, and walk you through what you can safely edit yourself.

What's included in a website project

  • Discovery sessions and recommendations
  • Domain guidance, registered in your name
  • Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace email setup
  • Page hierarchy and navigation plan
  • Written content for service and sector pages
  • Custom responsive design
  • Headings, meta tags and XML sitemap
  • Contact forms and testing
  • Google Business Profile setup and verification
  • Launch and a plain-English handover

Search visibility is built in through structure, not tricks: one clear purpose per page, headings in the right order, and a sitemap search engines can read. If you also want to run paid ads, we can assist with PPC, but our focus is the website. For email, you pay Microsoft or Google directly; we handle the setup.

Where projects start

Website projects start at $5,000. All prices in USD. Every project is agreed individually with you after the complimentary first conversation.

It helps to put that number next to other costs of running a business. One backed-up drain can easily cost more than $5,000 to fix, and no plumbing repair has ever brought in a new client. A website that’s planned properly can keep doing that for years.

Once your site is live, hosting and ongoing care sit under a separate annual care plan, so the site keeps getting the attention it got during the build.

Who this isn't for

If you want the cheapest template site you can find, or you’d rather not be involved in decisions about your own business, we’re probably not the right fit. Our clients want a partner who asks hard questions and gives straight answers.

Questions clients ask

Can you work with the content we already have?

Yes. We read what you have, keep what works, and rewrite or restructure the rest so each page has one clear job.

How long does a website project take?

It depends mostly on the number of pages and how quickly content decisions get made. We agree on a timeline with you before the build starts.

Do you write the content?

Yes. We write or rework the content for each page with you, because content and structure do more for results than design does.

Will I own the website?

Yes. Once it’s paid for, the site and its content belong to you. If you ever move to another provider, we’ll help transfer it.

Who looks after the site after launch?

We do, if you’d like. Hosting and ongoing care run under a separate annual care plan.

Do you work with businesses outside the Tampa Bay area?

Yes. Most of our work happens over video calls and shared documents, so we take on clients across the US and Canada.
