Level9Solutions (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides website strategy, design, hosting and support services from the Tampa Bay area of Florida to businesses in the US and Canada. This policy applies to level9solutions.com.
Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, business name, role, email address, phone number, type of business, current website address, and your answers about your project, timeline, budget, who is involved in the decision and how you heard about us. When you call us, we keep notes of the conversation.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server records technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the date and time. When you send our contact form, your IP address and browser details are stored with your message.
Cookies and analytics. We use Google Analytics, and may use other analytics services, to understand how visitors find and use our site. These services use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, how long you stay and the site that referred you. See “Cookies and other services on our site” below.
We don’t knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we ask you not to include confidential client information in the form.
Some features of our site are provided by other companies. When your browser loads them, those companies receive your IP address and browser details, and they handle that information under their own privacy policies.
Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies. If you block them, the site still works.
We won’t add you to a mailing list without your permission, and we don’t use your information for automated decision-making.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website hosting, email, analytics, font and accessibility widget providers. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety or those of others, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.
We keep contact form messages and call notes for as long as we need them to reply and follow up, and no longer than three years after our last contact with you. If you become a client, we keep records for the length of our relationship and as long as the law requires afterward. Server logs are kept for a short period under our hosting provider’s standard schedule, and analytics data is kept for the period set in the analytics service, up to 26 months.
The site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to form messages is limited to our team. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect yours.
You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it or delete it. See “How to make a request” below.
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”), gives you rights over your personal information. We honor these rights for all California residents:
We use these categories for the purposes in “How we use it” and disclose them only to the service providers described in “How we share it” and “Cookies and other services on our site.”
Call us at (800) 548-2153 (toll free) or (813) 418-7383, or use our contact form and tell us what you’re asking for. We’ll confirm we received your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we’ll tell you why.
To protect your information, we’ll verify your identity by matching details you give us with the information we hold. You can use an authorized agent to make a request for you; we may ask for proof that you gave the agent permission.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Because we don’t sell or share it, the site works the same either way.
Your browser may also send a “Do Not Track” signal. There’s no agreed standard for responding to these signals, so our site doesn’t change how it works when it receives one. You can still block analytics cookies as described in “Cookies and other services on our site.”
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 lets California residents ask whether a business has shared their personal information with third parties for those third parties’ own direct marketing. We don’t share personal information for that purpose.
If you’re in Canada, we handle your personal information in line with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You can ask to see and correct the personal information we hold about you, and you can withdraw your consent to our using it, subject to legal or contractual limits.
Our website and email are hosted in the United States, so your information is stored and processed there and may be accessible to authorities under US law. If you’re a Canadian client and need your own website and data hosted in Canada, we can arrange that.
If you’re not satisfied with how we respond to a privacy concern, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
This site is meant for businesses and isn’t directed to children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from them.
Our pages may mention or link to other websites, such as our clients’ sites. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy doesn’t cover them.
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll say so at the top of this page.
For questions about this policy or your information, call us at (800) 548-2153 (toll free) or (813) 418-7383, or use our contact form.
