Website Accessibility Statement

We want everyone who visits our website to be able to read it, use it and reach us, including people who use assistive technology.

Our commitment to an accessible website

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard most widely used for websites in the US and Canada. We consider accessibility from the start of every page, not as a fix afterward.

What we've done

  • Text and background colors meet the WCAG AA contrast ratios.
  • Each page has one main heading and a logical heading order, so screen reader users can move through it.
  • The site works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline on links, buttons and form fields.
  • Pages adapt to phones, tablets and browser zoom without losing content or scrolling sideways.
  • Every form field has a visible label, and required fields are marked.
  • The content of the flip cards on our home page is available to keyboard and screen reader users.
  • We check pages with automated accessibility testing tools and by hand whenever we change them.

Accessibility widget

Our site also offers the UserWay accessibility widget, which lets you change text size, contrast, spacing and other display settings to suit you. It’s an extra option: we build the site itself to meet the standard above, so it works with or without the widget and with your own assistive technology.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet meet every guideline, particularly content and tools from other providers that we use or link to. If you find a barrier, please tell us so we can fix it.
